Is brown better than translucent?

Is brown better than translucent?

A simple idea to help reduce environmental pollution is to give every household in Germany a jute bag. That means every household in Germany receives a free jute bag. You could also buy more jute bags for a fair price. These jute bags could be made from old bags or other recycled materials. But why would you give every household in Germany a jute bag? Because jute bags, or other bags made from fabric, are more environmental friendly than plastic bags. They would be even more environmentally friendly than paper bags. These jute bags could be used for your trip to the supermarket. Instead of the plastic bags in the fruit/vegetable area, you can use the jute bags. In Germany alone 71 plastic bags are used per person, per year, which means more than 5,7 billion plastic bags are used per year in total [1]. With the introduction of jute bags, we could drastically reduce the amount of plastic bags used. Jute bags are reusable and if they break, they can be recycled to new bags. Furthermore, you could organise a design competition for the jute bags. This competition could be done in every community or every state. The design competition also gives us a chance to make younger generations aware of environmental pollution and include them in the process of saving the world. However, a lot of money would be needed to get the project going, but if it is established, it could save companies, people and the government money. All in all, this is a realistic idea which could save us all money and reduce environmental pollution.
